Between those deep cleanings, there are still many cleaning chores that need completing. Maybe you need all the bedrooms cleaned once or twice a month. That home office (or those home offices if more than one person is working from home) will need periodic cleaning.

Which areas need cleaning will depend on your lifestyle and use patterns. When each area is cleaned by a maid service will depend on your needs and those of your family members. Even the weather patterns will impact when certain areas are cleaned. For example, most people want to keep entry areas clean so visitors will have a good first impression of the home. Since entry areas are used constantly, they may need cleaning more frequently than a den or guest bedroom.

Many clients choose to split up their cleaning schedules to maintain a perfect balance of cleanliness and price point. We’re happy to work with our clients to make sure the home is always clean and the fees are easy to fit into the weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly budget.

The base fee for partial cleaning services is $75. Of course, that fee will vary depending on type of cleaning needed. We’re always available to provide estimates so you’re never surprised with a higher invoice than you’re expecting.
